Staff

  Our teachers are carefully selected based on their love for children and their experience in the field of Early Childhood Education.

Our CDC family consist of compassionate people who possess Child Development accreditations, Associate degrees in Early Childhood Education, Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, Master of Science in Psychology and Master of Science in Counseling. All of our staff are students of life, parents (biological, foster parents, grandparents, god parents, bonus parents) and committed to applying developmentally appropriate practices with every child.

All teachers are CPR and First Aid certified. They have also submitted child abuse clearances, criminal clearances and FBI clearances. Teachers also receive TB testing and annual health screenings. Additionally, all employees are trained in Emergency Preparedness and Fire Safety.
